Great coffee, Chai, Boba, and Lotus Tea drinks. Bella Goose Coffee and post-industrial interior. Kind staff, and cool area below near the creek. Would visit again.

OK I should have taken a picture of my bagel sandwich because it was beautiful as well as delicious! Its not on the online menu here but it was an everything bagel with turkey, mixed greens, some kind of delicious jam, apples, caramelized onions and spectacular bacon. I ate it so fast but every bite was so flavorful! Definitely not what I was expecting for a bagel sandwich. The wildflower latte is perfection as well for all my lavender lovers!

The biscuit is fresh in the wall street sandwich, you can tell. Look at this biscoff latte, get it for drinking it there. Great atmosphere.

Anytime I find myself in Sparta, I make a point to swing into Franklin Coffee House for a brew. They use Bella Goose beans, which are phenomenal. The daily baked goods selection varies, and my favorite is the maple peanut butter cookie.

We always make a point of finding local coffee shops when traveling as we much prefer to support small business over chains. The Franklin was a great find - service was prompt and friendly - and our drinks were perfectly executed. The shop isn't very big but has a welcoming and comfortable aesthetic. Will gladly support this business any time we are in the area.

The quintessential coffee shop! The coffee is good and the food is too. I haven't had a bad thing from here, whether it's a baked good or one of their menu items. I usually go with the Wall St. Sammy but, their biscuits and gravy are also very good. Plenty of seating to dine in. If you're on the run, the staff will have your order completed quickly. The staff is always friendly too. Don't drive by this place. Stop in and give them a try!
